HBA has provided environmental planning services to the South Tahoe Public Utility District (STPUD) since 2007, and HBA staff have provided environmental planning services to STPUD since 1987. Projects range from permitting activities to EIR preparation and completion.

Services include technical advice, interpretation of regulation, and consultant staff support to meet deadlines, prepare reports and analysis, and attend and facilitate meetings. |

US Bureau of Reclamation, Lower Colorado/Southern Nevada Water AuthorityThe US Bureau of Reclamation, Lower Colorado with funding from the Southern Nevada Water Authority (SNWA) retained HBA to conduct environmental services for the South Valley Facilities Expansion (SVFE) Project. The SVFE project is an expansion of the SNWA’s raw water transmission facilities, treatment facilities, and a new system to convey treated water to the southern area of the Las Vegas Valley. |

Tulare County Planning ServicesSince 2009, the County of Tulare has retained HBA to provide environmental and management services, including the preparation of initial studies and mitigated negative declarations, project permitting, and “Fast Track” services. |
